Ingredients:For this Sexy Berry Surprise, you'll need:
300g of natural yoghurt
3 – 4 ginger snaps/biscuits
250g frozen/fresh summer fruits (raspberries/blueberries/blackberries)
How to make it:First - if frozen – defrost the summer fruits in the fridge ready for preparation later on or for the next morning.
Take a bowl and pour in the natural yoghurt, then take the defrosted or fresh berries and stir them in to taste – less fruit if you'd prefer it to taste creamier, more if you like things a bit tangier.
Next crumble the ginger snaps into small hard crumbs. A mortar and pestle is ideal for doing this, as it crushes the biscuits down easily and gives you perfectly sized bits to pop on top of the dessert
Finally, take the crumbled ginger biscuits and sprinkle them on top of the mixture. If you like you can stir them in to the mixture to make it a little more crumbly and crunchy throughout.
And there you have it: a simple Sexy Berry Surprise. Now all you have to do is get a couple of spoons so that you and your partner can treat each other to this delicious dessert! The best thing about this recipe is its versatility. If you don't like the berries in the recipe, you can replace them with your own favourite kind, such as strawberries or gooseberries.
